Over the weekend, I watched one of the most awaited action movies of the year, Max Payne. For those who are not aware, Max Payne is originally a video game that entails a lot of action. And of course, most movie goers, especially those who are familiar with the game, expect the movie to be action packed.
The movie slightly geared away from the storyline of the game. Well, it usually happens to make the movie even more interesting. BUT in this case, it is a BIG disappointment. The first half of the movie was dragging. Too much dialogue. And where is the action??? Real action could only be seen towards the end of the movie… but still very short. But if it’s in any consolation, I still give credit to the cast for their good acting.
