May 3 Philippines Regular Non-working Holiday

Just a quickie post!

Malacanang has declared May 3, 2010 as a Regular Non-working Holiday in observance of the Labor Day as per Proclamation No. 2043. Labor Day, May 1, falls on a Saturday this year so Malacanang moved the holiday on the nearest working day.
