Brown shades are so hip this season. They are everywhere- Mango, Zara, Topshop, and the likes. When I went to Shanghai, on top of my list was to visit H&M, of course! 🙂 I know, I’ve mentioned that in my previous post and I actually shared a picture of my loot, as seen here. Oh dear, H&M please come to Manila!!! All the ladies here have been waiting for you for sooo long! Haha! 🙂 Anyway, here are some of my photos breaking-in the purse and the lace-up booties in Oak, which I got from H&M in Huai Hai Rd, Shanghai. 🙂
I wore this on my last night, when my friend and I went clubbing. Geesh, I never knew that Shanghai has a lot of bars!!! My friend even told me that everyday (as in Monday to Sunday), she and her friends go to the ladies night of different bars around the city. And since I wanted to experience the nightlife in Shanghai, we went to one of the best bars in the city called Velvet Lounge. Gosh, when we entered the bar, I thought I wasn’t in Shanghai! I barely saw chinese people! Most, if not all, of the customers were foreigners! On a Tuesday night, the place was packed with people having loads of fun- dancing while having a drink! 🙂 Oh, and Velvet Lounge is also known for having the best pizza in the city. We tried it, of course, and yes it was good! It wasn’t just exceptional for my taste. 😉 Anyway, going back to my photos…
Im sooo loving the lace-up booties I got! It also comes in black, but since brown shades are the color now, I opted to get the oak. It also has tassels at the end of the strings, which makes it so cute. 🙂 Too bad it wasn’t on sale though! 🙁 I got this pair for RMB 349 or about USD 55.
Well, I’ve been longing for a Mulberry Alexa bag in Oak. It has been on my wish list for months now and I guess it will just remain on my list for years. LOL! I have no budget for a Mulberry now so I just thought of searching for a shoulder bag in Oak. I saw a Mulberry-like shoulder bag in Topshop before I left for Shanghai. It was about PHP 2,000 plus, if I remember it correctly. Thank God I was able to control myself since I got this H&M purse for just RMB 149 or a little less than PHP 1,000! 🙂 Yay! 🙂
