So, this happened the moment I got home last night from H&M VIP opening…
Tommy: Mom, you bought a lot of nice clothes! Is there something for me in here??? 😀
Me: Thank you, baby, but I’m sorry there’s nothing that could fit you. I think you really need to diet. Hehe!
Doors opened at 7pm last night and I was there before 6:30pm! Yes, I’m that excited that H&M is finally here in the Philippines! Whenever I travel, whether I’m in Europe, U.S., or somewhere in Asia, as long as there’s H&M, I never fail to visit and shop. I’m not kidding when I say, I can literally stay inside their store the whole day (because this already happened in one of my trips). There was also a time I spent the day H&M hopping- went to one boutique to another hoping to see different stocks. Well, I don’t need to go any further since H&M’s flagship store here in Manila is just about 15 minutes away from my house. 😀
I conquered all three floors of H&M at the Mega Fashion Hall in SM Megamall last night. I spent more than three hours inside the store to snap photos and of course, to shop. 😀 The first two floors are for the ladies, while the last floor is for kids and men.
I love the interiors! It’s well-lit and reminiscent of expansive art museums and fashion galleries.
The opening of the store is also the launch of H&M Fall/Winter 2014 Collection, as seen below.
Aren’t they so pretty?! I wish to wear all of them!!! Oh dear!!! To be honest, the moment I stepped inside the store and saw these mannequins, I panicked! Haha!
And now, the big question of almost everyone, what are the prices? When I first posted about H&M opening here in the Philippines and a sneak peek at the H&M Open House, as seen in THIS POST, I was bombarded with that question. I’m not kidding. The moment I uploaded in Instagram that I was at H&M’s office, I got text messages and calls in a matter of seconds! When I said, dresses at PHP 800 and sneakers at PHP 1,000, they couldn’t believe it. Ummm… to be honest, I couldn’t believe it myself. Well, the best way to find out is to check it out at the store. I won’t hold you any longer. Here are some snap shots of their clothes and prices.
This chiffon sleeveless top with uneven hem and back detail is just PHP 999. It’s perfect even for night outs!

Now, it’s the men’s turn. The zip fall jacket on the right is PHP 1,990.
The slim low waist jeans is also PHP 1,990.
Long sleeves polo ranges from PHP 1,190 to PHP 1,490, while those boots are PHP 2,990.
And for those who want to shop for their kids, I must say, they’re all sooo cute!!! How I wish I could fit in them. The top on the rightmost photo is PHP 599, while the skirt is PHP 699.
When I heard rumors that H&M will be opening here in the Philippines, I initially thought it will be way more expensive here compared to other countries. When I saw the prices, I got it all wrong. In fact, I think it’s even cheaper here. 😉 I’m sure I got you all excited. Well, I’m still on H&M high and I can’t wait to be back. How about you? Are you ready to raid H&M? Make sure to wear your most comfortable shoes on October 17, 2014 (that’s tomorrow) and be there at H&M SM Megamall at exactly 9:00am for its grand opening!!!
