A few weeks ago, Pixi by Petra launched its Fall 2015 collection. Let me give you a run through of these exciting products! (You might want to read until the end as I present to you the “magical toner”, which is a cult-favorite product in the UK.)
Pixi by Petra Mineral Palette
(PHP 620)
Collection of 6 must-have shades carefully curated to dazzle and define the eyes. Each palette has a variety of unique textures, matte to satin to glow. Being a lover of neutrals, my favorite is this Mineral Contour palette. But other palettes are also useable both day and night.
Pixi by Petra Endless Brow Gel Pen
(PHP 590)
This waterproof gel brow pencil comes in two shades. It’s easily blendable and can mimic the hair strands of the brows. The pigment does not look harsh, unlike other brow pencils.
Pixi by Petra Natural Contour Powder
(PHP 995)
This Natural Contour Powder is one of my favorites from the Pixi by Petra Fall 2015 Collection. It’s matte with a neutral shade (not orange-y) to create the most natural looking definition.
Pixi by Petra Mattelustre Lipstick
(PHP 630)
Do you love matte lipticks but end up getting chapped lips every time you use one? Try demi-matte! Pixi by PetraFall 2015 collection has mattelustre lipstick which comes in various shades.
Pixi by Petra Powder Foundation
(PHP 995)
This Colour Correcting Powder Foundation is a weightless matte-finish powder foundation. It’s said to be longwearing, hydrating and natural-looking on skin. It has buildable coverage to reduce the look of pores, redness and fine lines. It only comes in three shades though – cream, nude, and warm.
Pixi by Petra H2O Skintint
(PHP 1,190 35ml)
Pixi by Petra H2O Skintint is a water-based tinted face gel, which comes in three shades. It’s water-resistant and has buildable coverage with semi-matte finish, that’s light and breathable.
I was able to try it during the event and it really is water-based. I think it should be a great for oily-skinned individuals, like me. I’m just not sure how long it can keep my skin oil-free.
Pixi by Petra Glow Tonic

Last but not the least, the cult favorite Pixi by Petra Glow Tonic, known as a magical toner to its diehard British fan base, is now in the Philippines! Infused with 5% glycolic acid that exfoliates and removes dead skin cells, ginseng to improve circulation and energize the skin, aloe vera to soothe and hydrate, and fructose and sucrose to brighten up the complexion, Pixi by Petra’s Glow Tonic is oxygenating and helps tone, firm, and tighten the skin—leaving it smoother, clearer and balanced, and giving you a healthier-looking, more radiant glow!
