Last Saturday, I braved the traffic to see the much-talked about Grand Festival of Lights Parade at SM Mall of Asia. I must say, it didn’t disappoint! Why? Well, check this out…

I felt like a kid again seeing my favorite Sanrio characters like Hello Kitty, My Melody, Keroppi, Badtz-Maru, and a lot more! (Trivia: When I was a kid, all my things must have Keroppi on it! LOL!)

Aside from Sanrio characters, there were Christmas floats, mascots, dancers, and marching band.

The lights parade ended with a grand fireworks display at the Seaside Blvd.

Well, the traffic was indeed worth it! If you didn’t catch the Grand Festival of Lights Parade last Saturday, don’t worry! You can still see it every Saturday until Christmas day. Parade starts at 5:30pm at North Arcade and ends at Seaside Blvd.
