To be honest, it’s not really a Michael Kors addiction. It’s more of an oversized watch addiction. I have always been into big watches. I just use ladies or dress watches for formal occasions.

It was a choice between the gold and the rose gold. Since I have a few gold watches already, I thought of going for something more uncommon- rose gold.

It is a Midsized (58mm) Chronograph Watch. My first choice was really the Rose Gold Oversized (45mm) Chronograph Watch. It was a good thing I tried them both in the boutique before ordering online. It turns out that the oversized version of this rose gold watch is a bit bigger than the Tortoise Oversized Watch that I have. The midsized rose gold was just perfect for my wrist.

I love every piece in this outfit.

I’ve been looking for a nice Aztec long blazer for quite some time now. Thanks Iya Misa for sending this! You’re an angel’s angel. LOL!

Browsing through her online shop was a torture! Haha! I spotted several lovely throw overs right away, until I settled for my final 2. It was a tough choice between a colorful one and this aztec blazer. Since I’ve been searching for a tribal-like cover up for quite some time now, I decided to go for it.

It’s actually made of medium weight jersey knit, great for those not-too-hot-not-too-cold days. The stretch material is very soft and comfortable to wear. It doesn’t crease, which is perfect to tote around even when traveling. It has been my favorite these days so as a warning, expect to see it in my next outfit posts to come. Hehe!

Now for night outs, this corset from Wacoal always saves my day! For those who have been reading my blog, I remember mentioning something about baring it all in this post? Ummm… here it is! LOL! This corset from Wacoal can be worn as an innerwear or as is. I just make sure not to wear it when I know I’ll be eating some good food. It’s designed to be really tight so I tend to feel so full all the time! So if you want to diet, corset is the way to go! Haha!

It’s one of my fave colors- Tangerine Tango! Despite the summer heat, I didn’t hesitate to wear a light blazer. It’s bright, anyway!

I was also wearing a sheer lace blouse inside so I just find it appropriate to use a cover up.

This is supposed to be a summery outfit with my bright coral pants and fringe top. Unfortunately, wearing sleeveless inside the PMA grounds isn’t allowed. No kidding! I was surprised as well! Before they let our cars get in their premises, a guard peeped through our window. I thought it was just some regular check. I didn’t know that the inspection included the outfit. I just find it odd that sleeveless isn’t allowed, but ladies in shorts and mini skirts can roam around. Anyway, this explains my jacket despite the summer heat.

Well, it’s still Baguio. It gets cooler late in the afternoon and evening, so I really brought a light jacket with me. It’s a cropped washed denim jacket, with floral prints on its pockets. It’s such a cute twist to a supposedly masculine kind of apparel.

The lace fringe top has been my fave these days. I find it very versatile to wear- casual, night outs, or even at the beach.

No matter how hot it is, I don’t feel like wearing shorts everyday. In times like this, it’s either I wear light colored pants or bright ones that scream summer. My eyes have been drawn to coral shades this season.

I kept my accessories plain and simple with just one long necklace and a cuff, both from Pinkbox. I try to avoid piling up accessories with this kind of heat. I can’t stand too much metals sticking on my skin. Hehe!

I toned down the colors of everything else and just let my pants do that “pop of color”. Okay fine, and my hair as well!

Looking for the right dress was quite tough though. Any printed maxi dress would actually do. I was just afraid to buy one that’s available everywhere as I might end up having a twin during the occasion. Well, that’s just me. Here’s what I ended up wearing…

I love last minutes. I think I was born a crammer. LOL! I just thought about my dress a week before the wedding. I didn’t had enough time to ask someone to create a dress for me. I just had to get off the rack. Thankfully, I found this dress at Unarosa.

I was really looking for a bright colored plain dress. I was a bit if-y getting something printed off the rack for a special occasion. As I said, I was trying to avoid seeing double. Dresses with the same print, even if they have different styles or cuts, are easier to spot than plain ones.

There are two things that made me fall in love with this dress.

1) I can style it in different ways. I can twirl the sash to make the straps thinner and create a low neckline, as worn. I can also cover up and ribbon the sash on one side of the neck. In short, it’s a dress that can be worn in multiple ways, minus the stretch material. I find the fabric more elegant, perfect even for formal occasions.

2) The cuts of the skirt are sexy! They show off part of the legs while walking. And when the wind blows, it adds drama! Haha! Oh and I don’t have to worry making a peek-a-boo scene since there’s a mini skirt underneath.

I won’t call this dress a scene stealer for nothing. It’s actually because of this group shot with some of my friends that made it a scene stealer. We were all lined up for a photo op when the wind blew. My friends thought my dress was such a scene stealer! Haha! But I told ya, it’s sexy!

If I have a Bright and Colorful Summer Outfit in Bohol, then I must have a toned down summer outfit. You’ll never go wrong with white during summer. The heat is on, so it’s time to wear light clothes.

It’s a white eyelet dress, which can be worn as is. But since I love anything colorful, I draped a blue scarf around my neck. Who said scarf can only be worn when cold?

The scarf is made of very light material so it’s a perfect accessory during summer. It gives life to my plain and simple dress.

For another pop of color, I used a mustard bag. I was in Bohol for the beach so fabric tote is a must for me! I won’t mind laying it down on the sand or getting it all dirty. It’s definitely easy to clean such kind of bags.

To finish of the look, I wore light accessories that don’t stick on my skin. I prefer wearing non-metal accessories when hot.
