Happy Birthday to Me!
Happy Birthday to me! Another year older, darn! Hahaha! It was one eventful year for me, as always, and I thank God for not leaving my side! He has surrounded me with great family and real friends. God really loves me! Thank you Lord!
Another year older, so that means another exciting year ahead of me. I can’t wait! As for my birthday wish? Ummm… I guess I have to make that plural, “wishes”- more travels, more lush-cious finds, more bags, more gadgets, and the list just goes on and on… LOL! No seriously… Can I just keep my birthday wish to myself first? Just this time. Hehehe! It’s something I wanna keep it to myself first until it becomes real. 
Anyway, I’ll just keep this short as I need to fix up for my birthday dinner later. I haven’t made up my mind though on what to wear! Uh-oh!
I’ll just wrap this up with a saying from Oprah Winfrey. It’s something I really believe into and it’s the reason why I just keep on going and going and going… like Energizer batteries! Hahaha! Live my life to the fullest, as if there’s no tomorrow… Carpe Diem!

Lush Angel is Back from Bangkok!
I’m back! I’m back! I’m back! After 5 days of shopping for 10 hours everyday, I’m sooo excited to have a relaxing massage. LOL! My feet, legs and arms are so damn painful! I miss waking up early though (oooh that’s new)… to shop, shop and shop. Hahaha! It was literally shop ’til we drop for me and my girlfriends! It was like heaven for us! Hehe!

FIFA World Cup Semifinals: Germany vs. Spain Result
Sorry, I just need to rant here…
The game Germany vs. Spain just ended and guess what?! Germany lost!!! I didn’t expect that! Just check out how Germany played against England and Argentina!!! Oh, they were superb! What happened Deutschland?! Why was it a defensive play all through out the game?! Waaaah! 
Don’t get me wrong guys… I L-O-V-E Espana!!!! Why wouldn’t I?! My mom is half Spanish so obviously there’s some Spanish blood running through my veins. LOL! In fact, whenever Spain had a game, I cheered for them! But, but, but… I kinda knew that Germany would win this match. Well, basing on how they played this season. And so… Ummm… I betted on Germany! Eeeek! And it’s kinda big! That’s how confident I was! If it wasn’t for the bet, I would be happy for Spain. In fact, I would probably be jumping for joy right now. I would probably be shouting “Vamos!” and “Viva Espana!”.
Oh well, game is done. Congratulations to Spain! So now, it’s Netherlands vs. Spain for the finals… Ummm… Espana, please don’t disappoint us, your fans! I NEED YOU TO WIN!!! BIG TIME!

Lush Angel Heads off to Boracay!
Yay!!! Vacation at last!!! Woohoo! I never thought that this day would still come! After taking too much vacation last year, I think this is what you call “karma“. LOL! It’s the first time that my family stayed home last Holy Week. Miracle indeed! LOL! Mom was supposed to book a flight to Singapore and Malaysia for Holy Week. When she was about to pay, we had to hold it, partly because of me. I had to go to the office last Holy Thursday. Plus, I couldn’t take long leaves just yet. Waaaah! What a life! I still couldn’t accept I’m not going somewhere with my family this summer. Huhuhu! Nightmare! I have planned trips ahead though, but going with my family is different. Oh well!
Argh, enough of my rant! At least I’m still getting a 4-day vacation! Weee! I thought I wouldn’t see the island anytime soon. But but but… Here I am! I will be enjoying the sun, the beach, and the summer breeze of Boracay in a few hours! And what makes this trip more special? My parents are going too! Wahahaha! Now, that’s new! My parents hate the beach! I know I’ve mentioned that in my previous posts. Well, I bet they’ll just stay in the hotel. My mom coudn’t take the summer heat. LOL! They were just forced to go with us since my mom wants to go somewhere too. She’s soooo annoyed with my work already because she’s hoping I could take about two weeks leave and go somewhere. I ended up giving her Bora tickets… LOL! Well, as expected, she’s not that happy-happy. She’s not even excited! LOL! My sister and I just gave her a very good impression of Boracay- like what to expect, the hotel where we are staying, the food, etc. Hmmm… Now I feel we are just going to pig out! Hahaha!
Anyway, gotta go now! I miss the island sooo much… Boracay here I come!

“Kung Hei Fat Choi Pahinging Tikoy”
LOL! Just fooling around! As we all know, it has been a Chinese tradition to give tikoy (rice cake) to friends every Chinese New Year. Because of its sticky texture, it is believed that eating tikoy keeps the family close. Now I’m expecting to eat rice cake every morning because of the boxes of tikoy at home. Hehehe!
So how was my new year? Well, my family and I always have dinner on New Year’s eve. Last night, we celebrated it at my aunt’s place in China Town. I was fortunate to watch a dragon dance even if it was already late that night. Take a look at some of the pictures below. Some are blurry though because of the smoke from the fireworks.

Lush Angel’s Come Back
Yup, yup, yup… You read that right!!! I’m back and yes, I’m still alive! Hahaha! It has been a while since I last posted something here in my blog. I missed blogging. It’s my hell process in the office that doesn’t allow me to. Now I’m not even sure how I’m going to have my vacation this summer. My mom wants to kill me already ‘coz I can’t even give a date! Hahaha! Oh well, since the year of the Tiger is coming, change must be done! Hehehe! I have so many things to share and now I promise myself to make time!
