For the pictures below, I have exactly the same outfit as Part I, except for my top. I used a studded cropped shirt, which I got from Topshop about two months ago. Yes, it’s only now that I’m wearing it! Why?! When I went to Bangkok, I freaked out when I saw this exact top in one of the stalls! Argh! I swear, it is my cropped shirt- the studs, the cloth, the color, the print, everything! When I asked how much they were selling it, I wanted to faint! I got mine at Topshop for more than PHP 1,000 bucks. The imitation was priced at about PHP 300! Great! Actually, when I saw it in the mannequin, it was the only time I remembered I have that exact top that’s why I had to stop and ask for the price. How I wish I just didn’t ask! LOL!

Anyway, I just wanna forget that! When I saw my pictures wearing my cropped shirt, my PHP 1,000 bucks is worth it. Hahaha! Trying to console myself, eh?! Well, I’d say this outfit looks more rugged than my previous post. Obviously, it is because of the cropped shirt. Check out more pictures below.

My style? Getting rugged! So not me? Well, I’m actually adventurous when it comes to what I wear. I really don’t have one signature style. I love experimenting, as long as it fits me well and I can carry myself. I can probably consider myself unpredictable. Well I guess that best describes me not only with the clothes I wear, but with anything else. LOL!

Anyway, I need to give you guys a warning. This post contains a lot of pictures!!! I can’t decide what to post so I uploaded most of it. LOL! In fact, because I have too much pictures of my rugged look, I will have to cut this post into two parts. I decided to change my top after a number of camera clicks- that I’ll be sharing in Part II. LOL! Oh and guess what?! Not all pictures have the “happy face”! Hahaha!!! So, here you go… You can click on the photos to enlarge.

For Part I, I used a chiffon swing tank top so as not to look too rugged. I tucked in the front part and let loose the sides and the back of my top to get that relaxed look. Hehehe! I then used my Chanel 2.55 Medium Flap bag to add glam to the entire look.

I have been looking for a distressed shorts for so long. Before I left for Bangkok, I found this really rugged-looking shorts at The Ramp in Shangri-La Mall. I actually saw this before, probably a month ago, but I had to let it go since I found it a bit pricey then. When I saw it again, it was on sale! Yay! See, it pays to wait! You just have to know when most malls have their sale. I got my shorts for about PHP 400+. Well, there were a lot of really cheap denim shorts in Bangkok, only about PHP 150! There were a lot of choices. You just have to be sure with your size since fitting isn’t allowed. Well, you can return the merchandise, but good luck in looking for the stall again! I didn’t regret buying my distressed shorts though, since there wasn’t anything like it.

Okay, I know I said some pictures do not have “happy face”. Well, there’s none right? I just had to use my new fedora hat, which I got from Bangkok. Hehehe! I actually bought two, as seen below. I already imagine myself wearing the white one when I’m out of town or when I hit the beach. Hehehe! Guess how much these cost me?! The white one is only THB 80 or PHP 120 and the black fedora hat is THB 150 or PHP 225.

I sooo love the color combination- black and hot pink. So girly! I find it comfy too. I’ve been wearing it almost everyday. Hehehe! Now you’ve gotta see how I wear my new pair of Ed Hardy shoes! Await for my next post. Promise, I won’t disappoint! LOL! Feeling!!! Haha!

Anyway, during my last visit at Zara, I saw this uber cutesy and sexy caged sandals. I have always been a fan of strappy/ caged shoes. I find them really sexy with or without towering high heels. When I saw this pair in Zara, I tried it on right away. I find it comfy despite its 3.5” heels. Oh, and the straps… they aren’t ordinary, plain straps. The leather strands are braided to add detail and texture to the straps. Me likey! And the price? It’s just less than Php 3,000. If I remember it correctly, this caged shoes is only Php 2,900. I’m sooo loving animal prints. It can spice up a simple outfit. It can throw a slight element of boldness. Well, just don’t overdo it or you might look like you belong to the jungle. *wink* As Nina Garcia suggested in her book The One Hundred, wear only one piece of animal print at a time, or you might look like a fashion roadkill. Pair animal print with neutral colors. Keep everything simple, and the print will carry itself.

Recently, I purchased a peep toe high heeled shoes from Mango. I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. It’s made of faux snake skin, but who cares? It was on sale! Hehehe! I got it for around Php 2,500 only. Check it out below.

As I said in my previous post, I’m loving my new found store here in London. Well, obviously, after being there almost everyday after office, it’s not so “new” anymore. Hahaha! One of the treasures I found in New Look is this gorgeous black sandals. Ummm… Yessss black again! I’ve been buying a lot of blacks here… Argh! How I wish I can get something else before I leave. Hehehe! Yah, promise broken… I shopped for the past two nights… Supposedly, for my family and friends to buy their requests. I ended up buying for myself! Argh! Anyway, take a look at my loot below…

Love, love, love… I love the chunky heels. I love the buckle as it gives that edgy look. I love the straps as it makes it look sexy. And of course, I love how comfy it is even with those high heels!

Now that looks sexy and fierce! Hehehe! I got it for only GBP 25! I quit converting already. It just doesn’t work here because if I do, I won’t be able to buy anything or even eat anything! Hahaha! So when I say GBP 25, I’m just thinking it’s Php 25. Hahaha! The bad effect- my luggage dilemma… I’m currently packing and I don’t know where to put all my stuff. Actually, everything I bought fitted inside my luggage. My problem- all the clothes and other stuff I brought with me from Manila are outside the luggage! Hahaha! Well, with this kind of situation, I think I better go now. I need to think think think how to bring everything home! Hahaha!

P.S. I’ll surely miss my side trip to New Look every night… Geeesh… I feel like crying for some reason… Separation anxiety attack… LOL!

One of my loots I brought home is this zippy leather booties. I’m loving it sooo much ‘coz one it’s leather. Two, it has chunky heels that matches the style of the booties. Three, it’s uber comfy. And fourth, it’s simply a zippy booties, which I have been looking for so long. Hehehe! I just find it both edgy and sexy when worn. Got it for only GBP 25. Check it out…

It should be fall by now. The weather should be perfect- just the right cool breeze. A little layering of clothes should keep me warm. But no!!! The wind here is just so strong that no matter how many layers of clothes I put on, plus a coat on top, they just don’t seem to work! Waaah!

But having this cold weather is not entirely bad. I sort of love it because I get to wear my winter clothes, which I don’t get to wear in Manila. I actually have a thing with winter clothes. I’m addicted to buying coats and I sooo love wearing booties! In fact, before I left Manila, I was having a hard time choosing what coats to bring. If only I can bring them all just to wear them here… Hehehe! I just love the fall/ winter fashion! Something I wish I could wear in Manila, but obviously, I can’t unless I want a sauna feel! Hahaha!

Anyways, here I go again with my love for fall fashion… I got a new pair of booties at Oxford Street and I sooo love it! I’m actually looking for a motorcycle boots, but all those available in stores are sooo biggie! They have my size but the uppper part of the boots is just too loose. Me not likey! When I stumbled upon this gray booties, I fell in love with it. The height is perfect and I love the design. It doesn’t look plain at all. It also has this tassle, which can be easily taken out if I don’t feel like wearing it. And the studs- I want! How I wish I can bring home another pair of booties, which I can wear for my travels…

Eeeek! This one looks scary… I don’t have a face! Hahaha! Still shy… Sorry! Just wanna share how this booties kept me warm when I went to Scotland for the weekend.

And because it’s extremely cold in Scotland, I prepared myself and wore this. Hmmm… would you believe I felt so warm with what I was wearing??? In fact, I had to take off my coat already. My secret? Well, I was wearing liquid leggings BUT I still have thermal inside, plus another leggings! Now, as for my top, I wore a turtle neck knit longsleeve and put my KAT dress on top of it. And to put some accent, I fastened my dress with a studded belt. Obviously, I would not have survived the cold weather with these 2 pieces of clothing for my top. Hehehe! I have several tops inside my knit longsleeve. Hahaha! And lastly, of course this comfy boots kept me warm as I traveled around Edinburgh, Scotland.

Anyways, let me start on the eve of my birthday. I had dinner at Mezzaluna, which I will be sharing in my next post. As for what I wore that day, I just have to share it as I promised to post here the dresses I’ve been buying in my recent trips. So read on…

Honestly, there is nothing really spectacular with what I wore. It’s just that I love purple dresses!  My purple dress I wore that day looked a bit plain, but the detail in the mid section of the dress, plus its low neckline, made it looked so classy. I’d say, this dress is sooo KAT! Hehehe! Well, it is in fact being sold by KAT right now. It’s also available in black. Pictures are not available though, so for now, I’m assuming the responsibility of being the model of KAT. Bwahahaha! Anyway, enough of my shameless plug! Sorry about that. Going back, here are some photos of last week. I also took a picture of the detail of the dress. I have to say, the picture is uber ugly! LOL! I wanna throw my digicam! Well, for now, please be patient with it. The color is actually dark purple and not the Barney kind of purple. Hehehe! Just click on the photos to make them bigger.

Hmmm… I honestly feel I’m not too dressed for the occasion. I went to work that day so I decided to wear something appropriate in the office as we have a “business attire” dress code. On second thought, it’s still something I could wear in after office nightouts, so it’s definitely way better than just wearing a regular trouser and long sleeves top. I’m tired of that already! Hehehe! Oh, I almost forgot to tell you that the bottom part of the dress is like a latern skirt, which adds form to the dress.  I like! Also, if you noticed, I wore a black tube since the neckline of the dress is way too low…. definitely not allowed in the office! Sorry, the important details are not that obvious in the pictures. I have very few photos that night. I wasn’t in the mood to pose in front of the camera. Hehehe! I wasn’t even able to take close-up pictures of my entire outfit. It’s only now that I realize! Darn! Next time… Well, I just wanna give you guys an idea what I wore that day. And of course, I need to debut the fashion finds I got in my recent trip. As promised, I’ll be posting them one by one everytime I get the chance to wear them.

I’ve been searching for this for months now. Well, I know there are a lot of studded sandals around, but I just couldn’t find “the right one”. It’s either I find it too pricey, or the fit is just not right. The one I bought though, in one of the local stores in Kowloon, is just perfect! What’s even better is I got my studded gladiator sandals for only HKD 200 (approximately US $25 or Php 1,200). The moment I tried it on, I already imagined myself pulling off that edgy look. Me love my new glads! Eeek… Makes me wanna go back to Hong Kong or Bangkok for shopping! Hehehe!
