Recently, a new Japanese cosmetics brand, Pixy, launched here in the Philippines. It is a Japanese-formulated and Indonesian-manufactured makeup line, which has been available in Japan, Indonesia and Malaysia. It’s a drugstore brand that offers quality yet affordable makeup.
