Happy New Year!!! So, how did you welcome 2013? I hope everyone had a blast!

As for me, my New Year’s Eve celebration is a first. My family usually welcomes the New Year with fireworks at home. Or if we decide to celebrate it elsewhere, we still make sure to have fireworks lit up around our backyard. It’s the usual belief to drive bad vibes away. I know you get what I mean. 😉 Although there were still fireworks at home last night, my family decided to celebrate New Year differently this time. It’s our first time to be out of the country on New Year’s Eve! Yay! 😀 I guess it’s a sign that I’ll be back to what I really love doing – travelling! 😀 I realized I was such a good girl last year. I just had a conversation with my co-travel junkie friend, Kristel, and it was only then I realized that all of my travels last year were business trips. There was a short side trip once though before I headed back to Manila, but there was really no new country for me to explore. Not that I’m complaining! Of course, business trips are always welcome and they come before my vacation. I’ve proven that several times when I had to say goodbye to some travels, even if I had ticket already, just because projects suddenly came. They come once in a while and they’ve been such great blessings to me, therefore everything must be pushed back. As early as now though, 2013 is getting packed with travels already. Yay! I’ve got the entire first quarter of the year covered already! I have some for the third and fourth quarters of the year too. I also promised my parents a lovely Christmas gift, which I’ll have to book really soon as well! I’m extremely excited!!! 😀 Okay, I shouldn’t be! Any business trips, I have to push back. LOL!

Anyway, enough of the talkies. In a gist, I’m just really thankful for the past year, 2012. There were a few bumps along the way, but God has never left my side. Thanks to all of you, my readers, and to all the companies and sponsors who have supported and trusted me and my blog. And of course, BIG thanks to the Lord for all the blessings He has showered upon me. Thank you 2012 and cheers to a fabulous 2013! 😀

P.S. Enjoy the holidays first and I’ll be back to normal posting tomorrow! 😀
