It was 10 years ago when Clean launched their very first fragrance. Clean dreamed of a unique fragrance with fresh and pure-inspired by a simple bar of soap. Now, Clean has a line of fragrances that includes Ultimate, Fresh Laundry, Warm Cotton, Shower Fresh, and their newly launched- Skin and Rain.
Clean Ultimate will always be my favorite, I have to say. Its scent is simple yet elegant.
If you love fragrances that resemble the scents of the familiar, Clean’s two new fragrances are worth checking out: Clean Skin and Clean Rain.
Clean Skin Eau de Parfum captures the pure yet irresistible scent of bare clean skin. It’s subtly sensual. It opens with light notes of lotus blossom and fresh air accord. At its heart is the scent of aquatic florals layered on top of a sheer white musk and hints of amber wood, which becomes a familiar and loved scent of fresh, warm, bare skin.
Clean Rain is the first aquatic floral fragrance in the Clean line of fragrances that capture life’s simple pleasures. From the name itself, Clean Rain resembles the scent after a fresh rainfall. It starts with the fresh dewy mellon, daffodil and watermint. Its heart is formed with bright florals of daisy, water lily and violet leaves. The warmth and earthiness of fluid musks and sleek woods make up its base notes.
Skin and Rain is housed in Clean’s iconic bottle. Clean Skin has a translucent gradation of dusky purple, which embodies the warmth and soul of the scent. On the other hand, Clean Rain has aquamarine bottle to represent the deep blue-greens of the forest.
Both are really irresistible scents, but I had my “love at first sniff” moment with Clean Skin. It’s fresh and light, at the same time, sensual.
