It was one of those days that I needed to wear something flexible for day to night events. I had to run errands in the morning, attend a meeting in the afternoon, and catch up with friends in the evening. I can’t go too casual or too glam. So, here’s something in between.
Instead of going for a regular cotton blouse, I went for a top that’s a little bit “formal”. The fabric has a different feel. It’s loose and comfortable. It’s black. It’s cropped – but not so (you know what I mean?!) The cut and the style make it classy. Overall, I really like how this top can easily dress up any casual bottom.
Since I was going to have dinner with friends, I wore a bottom that’s also perfect for day and night. Instead of denim, I chose to wear skort. It’s not too casual, but at the same time, I can move freely without being too conscious.
Of course, when I was running errands, I had to wear flats.
I kept my accessories simple and basic.
