Will it be a bold lip color, just like what Yaya Dub is known for? Or will it be something more natural? Finally, the answer is here…

Just to give a quick background of this lipstick, MAC Maker is a limited edition line. Each country is represented by a chosen personality or what they call ‘beauty mover or maker’ to create their own MAC lipstick shade. MAC Cosmetics Philippines picked Maine Mendoza to represent the Philippines!
Maine has been a MAC user ever since and she really wanted a shade that can be worn by everyone. She draws from retro fantasies to create her limited-edition lipstick.
Of course, the lipstick is named after her. It’s her Instagram handle– @MAINEDCM! How cool is that?! Imagine, a MAC lipstick named after you! Maine actually shared how this is really a dream come true for her. She never thought a huge international company like MAC Cosmetics would collaborate with her. Sooo… we could also dream! Can I get one MAC Maker @LUSH_ANGEL lipstick, please? Haha!
Plus, the kiss-print packaging is creatively designed and signed by Maine!

What’s amazing about this lip color is that it looks different on everyone. As seen below, we’re both wearing @MAINEDCM. Well, the yellow lighting in the restaurant probably made it a little darker on me but in real life, it really looked like we were wearing different lipsticks.
Those who know me or if you’ve been following my blog, you probably know by now how much I love nude peachy beige shade. It’s my kind of everyday lip color. So if you’ll ask me, it’s definitely a must-have in your makeup kit. It’s a kind of nude that can be worn by any skin tone. Whether you’re fair or morena, you won’t look washed out.
