Christmas is my most awaited time of the year. Everything’s just perfect – the weather, the festive surroundings, the non-stop eating, the back to back reunions, and the family bonding. I think it’s that time of the year that keeps almost everyone in a happy disposition. Probably, one of the reasons is the festive decors and lights around us. This is why I always request my mom that we put up our Christmas tree and lanterns in our house.

I have to say, one of the best family bonding we’ve been doing ever since is decorating our house with Christmas ornaments. When I was a kid, I would always ask my mom where to put each Christmas ball in our big tree. And I love how she trusted my decorating skills then (or maybe she just didn’t want to hurt my feelings). LOL!

Now, there’s a new way to bond with family and friends. I just learned that today, November 8, 2014, is #SariSaringHappiness Day! If you haven’t heard about it, it’s the lighting of the Coca-Cola parols. You can use the Coca-Cola bottles to make parols. So, yes to another bonding moment! 😀 If you want to know how to make a Coca-Cola Parol, watch the video below.

Together, let’s light up our Coca-Cola parols with the whole country and share early #SariSaringHappiness this Christmas. There will be lighting hubs around the country, specifically in Manila, Tacloban, Pampanga, Batangas, Bacolod, and Davao.
