When I received an e-mail from Flow: SurfYogaSamba Weekend Retreat, I suddenly missed surfing. I’m missing it so badly that I wish I could ride some waves soon. 🙁 Anyway, enough about me. I’m bringing some good news here! Don’t let summer pass without doing anything fun!
The 7th FLOW Surf Yoga Samba Weekend Retreat is a boutique 3-day experience that will spark your spirit and leave your body and mind relaxed and revitalized. Practicing yoga will develop focus, strength and flexibility. Surfing will develop confidence, stamina and ocean awareness. Dancing and music enhances a sense of well-being and builds social skills. The whole retreat is complemented with healthy food to help nourish this unique journey to self-discovery.
