Okay, I’m not talking about a tiny scarf to wrap around your body. I’m pertaining to a scarf-print dress. 🙂 To be on the “safe” side, a lot of ladies prefer plain or subtle print dresses. How about a bold scarf print on your entire dress?

Anyway, going back to the dress… not everyone is comfortable wearing a bodycon dress. We always try to choose clothes that hide bulges, but bodycon just shows them off. LOL! The trick is to go for dresses with busy prints, like a scarf-print bodycon.
Another way to hide bulges is to tie a jacket or long sleeves around the waist. This gives the look a casual vibe. If you want to dress down the look even more, why not pair your bodycon dress with sneakers? 😉
Stroll around the mall in sneakers, then change to your stilettos as the sun sets to get ready for dinner and for a night long party!
I paired the dress with classic pieces. I kept my accessories simple since the print of the dress is bold enough to do the talking.
I know printed dresses can never replace your trusty LBD, but why not try for a change? An all black dress is a staple. In fact, it becomes a “uniform” already in bars. LOL! Don’t get me wrong, I also wear black most of the time when I go partying and dancing. It’s just a breath of fresh air to see someone in bold colorful prints at night. Although I haven’t been going out for a while now, I’m pretty sure bars would seem like they have an all-black party theme every night. LOL! Oh dear, how times change… it’s almost a year now since I really went out dancing with friends. Am I getting old?! Well, I will really turn one year older again in less than 2 weeks! My, oh my! Haha! Which makes me think I have to dance the night away on my birthday celebration. Ummm… I’m not a good dancer. Not at all! I just love to dance to the beat of R&B and Hip Hop music. Not to mention, I SUPER LOVE to watch good hip hop dancers perform, whether in movies (who doesn’t love Step Up?!), television, and of course, LIVE on stage, probably because I’m a frustrated dancer. Haha! 😀
Speaking of good dancers, Smart Prepaid has just launched a much bigger Smart Jump In Dance-Off competition this year, offering the best school dance crews over PHP 4 million worth of prizes and a chance to become its brand ambassadors. Smart #JumpInDanceOff2 Competition is now open to elementary, high school and college students. The initial phase of the competition will be done through online auditions that will run until August 12, 2014.
I’m getting excited as this is the biggest inter-school dance competition in the country. I’m feeling my frustration to be a good dancer once again as I watch THIS VIDEO. LOL!
