As promised in my OOTD: On Formal Dressing post, I’ll also be sharing the dresses I’ve been wearing from the back to back weddings I’ve been attending. Hectic it is! Haha! π
Anyway, I attended a morning wedding so I decided to go for a short dress. Wearing a short dress on a formal occasion in broad daylight is definitely acceptable, unless stated in the invite. Of course, you can’t just wear any short dress. Fabric and style must be taken into consideration. And when I say “short”, I prefer it “not-so-short”. Let’s keep the thigh-high skirts for parties, shall we? π
The dress is actually plain and simple, but it has more emphasis on the details.
For my accessories, I went for two-tone jewelries, bag, and shoes.
Oh, and notice anything on my leg? My jellyfish sting is still there. π If you’ve been following me on Instagram (@lush_angel), you’ve probably seen my posts about it. I got it during my last visit in Boracay. Well, it’s slowly fading (Thanks to La Mer!) I hope it will be gone soon!!!

Hi! Sorry for this noob question but is this dress off the rack? Or customized? Thanks!
Hi Marie! It’s not off the rack. Had it designed and made by Joey Samson.
