P.S. For those who are wondering how Shein delivers your package whenever you shop in their website, you’ll have to pick it up at the nearest post office. Unfortunately, our post office here in the Philippines doesn’t deliver our parcels. They will send a notification card to your delivery address to inform you that you have a package that needs to be picked up at the post office. You’ll need to pay PHP 100 per package. Additional charges may apply if the customs officer thinks the quantity is for selling.

Hi I am a first-time customer with SheIn and I am expecting my first order. My tracking said that it arrived in the Philippines 5 days ago. Shall I wait for a few more days for a notification card or check directly with the post office. I lived in Bacolod. thanks
Hi Diz! Most of the time our post offices here in Manila takes a while before they send the notification card. One of my packages arrived two months before the post office sent a notification. I always wait for it, but I saw several customers at the post office checking directly with them even without the card. You can try it so you won’t have to wait too long. 🙂

I’m planning to buy at SheIn but I’m having second thoughts because I’m from the province here in the Philippines, it’s my first time to do international transactions and I’m afraid that I won’t be able to receive my items for some unknown reasons (package got lost, or they can’t locate my address). Hi Dabie! Sorry, I just saw your comment! As for my delivery, it took 2 weeks before it arrived. I had to pick it up in the nearest post office and pay a small amount of tax. If I’m not mistaken, that’s about PHP 100. I’m not sure how it works in Samar though. It’s quite annoying to deal with the custom officers here at the post office because they would ask for a huge amount of tax at first and bargain from there.
