Finally back to my Cambodia, Siem Reap travelogue! (See links of my previous travel posts about Cambodia at the end of this post) Today, I’m sharing the perfect sunset spot around Angkor, Pre Rup. It is a pyramid shaped temple mountain, where one can enjoy the panoramic view of the countryside. It’s a popular spot that it get a little crowded especially as the sun sets.
For those who are afraid of heights, like me, it’s quite a struggle to go up. The steps are uneven and it’s as if I had to crawl as I worked my way up. This is why on my second trip to Siem Reap, I didn’t bother bringing my mom here. Although the view from the top is majestic, my mom wouldn’t be able to go up the steep stairs.
So, what do you think? Isn’t it such a beauty?! 🙂
