Preview Magazine Shoot #DreamComeTrue

Ahhh… FINALLY… I can share this with you…

I’ve been keeping this to myself for a couple of months now. I could not contain my excitement ever since I did this shoot for Preview Magazine. In fact, when the first week of June came, I rushed to several bookstores just to grab a copy. Oh, and in case you haven’t heard, the June 2016 issue of Preview Magazine was sold out for the first few weeks. Naaah… not because of me! LOL! It’s because James Reid and Nadine Lustre are on the cover. So yes, I had to wait for the reprinting of copies.

Well, the wait was sooo worth it! The moment I saw my face on Preview’s glossy, I had to pinch myself a bit. Just a little background. Since I was in high school, I never missed a copy of Preview Magazine. I’ve always wondered what is it like to be featured in its pages. Hello?! Who wouldn’t want to be part of the country’s top fashion magazine?! #DreamComeTrue

Here are few photos during the fun and quick shoot!

Don de Jesus did my makeup (When I saw him, I knew I was in good hands. He did my makeup before for my birthday bash and everyone super loved it!), while Ethan David did my sexy, relaxed hairstyle.

Full brows and nude lips… I guess you all know my signature look. 😉

To be honest, I’m not so comfortable getting super closeup shots and emote. Ummm… I’d like to believe that smiling or laughing shots are my forte. LOL! Well, just because I love to smile and laugh… A LOT! Haha! I was so nervous at first but after a few shots, I felt at home and relaxed. Big thanks to Team Preview for being patient and awesome in directing!

I think only Preview Magazine can get this close to my face… LOL!

Shari (themistymom.com) and I were partners during the shoot. We talked about our take on bold beauty statements – Lips vs. Brows. I know, it’s hard to choose one but it’s quite obvious what my stand is. 😉 You’ll know more of it in the feature.
