Who said you can’t wear black for summer? Well, for someone who has a closet full of mostly black and white clothes, I think it’s not a surprise.
As long as it’s airy, I don’t mind wearing black. Tip: The more the clothes cling on to your body, the more you’ll feel uncomfortable when it’s hot. Also, the fabric matters! Even if it’s black, as long as it’s light and the air can circulate, it’s still wearable for summer.
Most of the time, I go for boyfriend jeans during this season — again, I need air to flow! Haha!
This bomber jacket has been used and abused in my #OOTDs. It’s a perfect cover up since it’s very light (almost “chiffon” light) — not too hot for Manila, at the same time, can still give me warmth on windy nights. I also love how I can wear it on both casual and not-so-casual days/nights.
Oh, and can you spy that locket necklace? I’ll keep the photos inside the locket a secret, but this vintage-like piece makes the entire look a little more interesting. What do you think? 😉
Anyway, here are more photos of the entire look!
