Hey everyone! How have you been? Since gyms are closed and only a handful of online shops deliver exercise equipment, I thought of sharing a booty home workout routine you can try. Don’t worry, there’s no need for any equipment!

Since we’re not using any weights, let’s increase the reps. Here is the entire booty workout routine:

  1. Clamshell (20 reps each side)
  2. Squat (20 reps)
  3. Glute Bridge (20 reps)
  4. Fire Hydrant (20 reps each side)
  5. Donkey Kick (20 reps each side)
  6. Curtsy Lunge (15-20 reps each side)
  7. Side Lying Leg Lift (20 reps each side)
  8. Single Leg Glute Bridge (20 reps each side)

Take a one minute rest, then repeat the entire routine. Try 3 rounds!

I understand that not all of us have the motivation to workout during these trying times. I admit, I also have those days. But don’t worry, it’s okay not to be okay– and we don’t have to be guilty about it. Just posting this here in case you want to move around while you stay at home.
