The 2006 movie, The Da Vinci Code, became very popular because of the controversies that surrounded it. Now, another Dan Brown’s bestseller novel, Angels & Demons, will be having a film adaptation which will be released this May 15, 2009. It is a prequel to Brown’s The Da Vinci Code. Tom Hanks will again play the role of symbologist Robert Langdon. Ron Howard, director of The Da Vinci Code, will also have his comeback in this film, together with screenwriter Akiva Goldsman and producer Brian Grazer. We all know that the first movie, The Da Vinci Code, angered the heads of the Catholic Church. This resulted to the banning  of the director, Ron Howard, to shoot the prequel Angels & Demons in any of the Catholic churches.  The dilemma: the setting of Angels & Demons is at Vatican City. Due to the lack of support of the Catholic heads, Howard ended up using some camera tricks and Catholic church imitations.
