KAWAII- that’s how I would describe shu uemura’s Spring/ Sakura 2013 collection!
The design and colors are so dreamy. Staring at the collection transports me to dreamland. 😀
For this collection, shu uemura collaborated with Ob, a 21-year old Japanese contemporary illustrator.

shu uemura Philippines unveiled the ob for shu uemura collection during its launch last week at SoFA, Makati. I have to congratulate the shu uemura team on the lovely set-up of the room. Amazing! It definitely gave an instant dreamy afternoon vibe!!! 😀

The different colors of the containers represent the princesses of the collection: Sea Princess (blue), Forest Princess (green), Sakura Princess (pink), and Moon Princess (yellow).
They also had some artsy activities while waiting for the program to start. There’s calligraphy by Alexis Ventura. If you’re following me on Instagram (lush_angel), I posted 2 notepads with my names. Those were the brilliant works of Alexis! Yay! Congratulations dear! Amazing talent you have there! 😀

The program started with some welcome remarks from Nina Solano and Karen Crisostomo. They also introduced ob for shu uemura Spring Sakura 2013 collection.
And to give credit to the women who have big dreams and to those who have made their dreams come true, the shu uemura team invited Anna Sobrepena, Tessa Prieto Valdes, Jenni Epperson, and Rorie Carlos, together with their lovely daughters, to represent the princesses of ob for shu uemura collection.
