Last week, Sofitel Philippine Plaza unveiled BB Forever- Brigitte Bardot, la légende, a photo exhibit of the French actress and fashion icon, Brigitte Bardot. The exclusive celebration was held at Le Bar, where a sumptuous menu of French food and premium wines were served.

BB Forever Brigitte Brigitte Bardot, la légende features an exclusive collection of about 30 photos that traces the life of the famous French actress. She’s known for her beauty and spontaneity. Her personality led her to be regarded as a sex symbol and the embodiment of women’s liberation. She’s the Marilyn Monroe of France.

Why did Sofitel choose to give the spotlight to Brigitte Bardot? She’s a French Icon that represents elegance, at the same time, the French culture that Sofitel holds. Sofitel has strived to promote French heritage through events related to art, gastronomy, literature and music.

During the launch, internationally renowned designer Albert Andrada held a fashion show. He interpreted the look and feel of the iconic French actress through St. Tropez inspired glamorous resort wear and evening gowns for the red carpet in the colors of Lancôme’s new Hypnôse palettes.
