Ahhh… so this is a dream come true! This is the closest I can get to Posh Spice a.k.a. THE Victoria Beckham – that is owning her makeup collection! Yup, you read that right! Victoria Beckham and Estee Lauder collaborated to create a limited edition makeup collection.
I want to make women feel empowered, to feel sexy and confident. This makeup collection does that. I love to make women feel like the best version of themselves.” – Victoria Beckham
Can I just say, the packaging is absolutely gorgeous!!! Very posh indeed! I FEEL like I’m Victoria every time I hold any of the products! LOL! Seriously, you would want to do your retouch in front of everyone with this kind of casing!
The Victoria Beckham Estee Lauder Makeup Collection debuted at Beckham’s SS17 runway.
“I am so excited to be using my Estée Lauder makeup in my show this season. The starting point for my new makeup collection was beautiful skin—and I’ve stayed true to that with the beauty look for the SS17 show. The makeup really reflects the assured free spirit of the Ready to Wear this season, so the use of color is quite carefree and applied in bold strokes across the eyes. Overall, the look doesn’t feel too perfect or considered.” – Victoria Beckham
And what inspired Victoria to create this makeup collection? It’s the cities that are close to her heart: London, Paris, New York, and L.A.
I got a chance to get a sneak peek of the Victoria Beckham Estee Lauder Makeup Collection. During the preview, guest makeup artist Lilian Yeung demonstrated how to do Victoria’s London, L.A., and Paris makeup looks using the collection. Check them out below and see all the swatches!
Victoria Beckham Estee Lauder Makeup Collection: London Look
We all know how Victoria loves smoky eyes! The London look is all about sexy eyes and pale lips. It’s a very rock and roll look.
Lilian first used Eye Foil as base. This one is a very unique product from the collection. It’s a liquid eye product that delivers intense vinyl-like shine – even after it dries. It has sparkling pearl pigments that add flecks of blonde gold or silver in this liquid metal-effect formula. It’s available in Burnt Anise (strong, rich, charcoal shine) and Blonde Gold (strong, blond gold shine).
The above photo is the Eye Foil in Burnt Anise when packed, while the photo below is blended out. It dries quite fast and it’s very pigmented. It’s perfect if you want intensify the color of your smoky eye. You can use a brush or finger to blend it out.
Eye Ink in Black Myrrh
Next, she used Eye Ink in Black Myrrh, which is an eyeshadow in pressed gel-cream formula. It can be used dry or wet for an intense, editorial finish. The dense pigment delivers a deep, rich, almost black shade with a touch of pearl for a sexy look.

Eye Kajal Duo in Black Saffron/Vanille
After, Eye Kajal Duo in Black Saffron/Vanille was used to line the eyes. This double-ended pencil delivers an exceptionally soft and creamy texture. A potent black pencil (Black Saffron) and eye-opening nude (Vanille) create a sexy, smudged, edgy look.
Both are extremely creamy and pigmented! And let me just give emphasis that this gel liner is really meant to be worn smudgy with the confidence to be imperfect – very much Victoria Beckham, I must say! So, don’t look for a smudge-proof liner here!
This is how the eyes looked after the demo. Now, it’s time to show more magic…
Morning Aura Illuminating Creme
Lilian then used her ultimate favorite in this collection, the Morning Aura Illuminating Creme. We couldn’t quite understand why she kept on raving about it until we saw the transformation and tried it on to our skin!
Yup, looks like a regular moisturizer…
BUT!!! Check this out!!! When blended, TA-DA!
Beautiful skin is the starting point of the entire collection. Morning Aura Illuminating Creme is part moisturizer, part brightening primer. Containing micro-pearls to instantly illuminate and brighten. It gives skin a fresh morning glow.
Aside from using it as a makeup base, it can also be applied on top of makeup as highlighter! In the photo below, you can see the difference of the left side and the right side of the model’s face. The right side, which has Morning Aura Illuminating Creme used as highlighter, looks more lifted.
Lip Pencil in Victoria
Lastly, she used Lip Pencil in Victoria, which can be worn as a lipstick!
It’s Victoria’s signature nude-matte pencil. This formula imparts incredibly creamy color with the staying power of a traditional lip pencil. Meant to be worn every day to create a naturally full pout. Can be worn alone as a liner or all over the lip.

Highlighter in Modern Mercury
For this look, the key makeup products are the Morning Aura Illuminating Creme and the Highlighter in Modern Mercury, which is also a previous limited edition Estee Lauder highlighter. A favorite of Victoria’s, it can be used to highlight and contour the face. Worn on cheekbones, this high shine highlighter creates that sexy sweaty skin look.
What’s the difference of Highlighter in Modern Mercury and Morning Aura Illuminating Creme? As seen below, Highlighter in Modern Mercury is more rosy.

Victoria Beckham Estee Lauder Makeup Collection: Paris Look
Now, for the Parisian look…
Bronzer in Java Sun
Lilian used Bronzer in Java Sun, a matte bronzer that is a perfect natural shade. It can be used all over for a sun-kissed look, or worn beneath the cheekbones to contour and define.

To finish off the Parisian look, Lilian used Chilean Sunset Lipstick, a matte, orange-based red taken directly from Victoria Beckham’s signature sunset palette.
Here’s the finish look!
