Nope, I’m not the one in black. I’m denying it! Haha! Anyway, please don’t be fooled by this photo. This is just a game. I repeat. This is just a game. We were divided into three groups with one model each. We needed to put kiss marks on the model’s polo using our lips. So, beauty bloggers represent! That explains the photo. (Okay, I’m explaining too much!) Moving on… Haha!
During the launch, beauty queens Venus Raj, Shamcey Supsup, and Ariella Arida were present to give some tips on how to achieve that perfect pout. One of the most interesting tips that they shared (which I’m quite sure a lot of ladies have always been wondering) is how to make your lipstick stay – even after drinking or eating. First is to use lip liner and apply lipstick on top. Dust with powder to set the lipstick, then apply the second layer of lipstick. You’re then guaranteed to have a long lasting lip color!
So, what happens on July 29??? Well, top brands like Shiseido, L’Oreal, Revlon, Maxfactor, NYX, Maybelline, Ever Bilena, BYS and others are offering lip makeup services and discounts up to 50%. Other special promotions will run from July 23 to August 26. SM Makati shoppers can also get the latest trends in lip color from luxury brands like Dior, MAC, Clinique and Shu Uemura.
Now, that’s exciting! This is definitely the best time to search for lip products, like lip balms, liners, lipsticks and glosses. Don’t forget to mark your calendars on July 29! SM beauty playground will be ready for us to mix, match and experiment to achieve that perfect pout we’ve always wanted.
