Wink Laser & Wax Studio is not all about hair removal (If you haven’t read my Wink Laser Hair Removal Review, you can check it out HERE). Recently, they introduced their newest service, Revlite laser treatment. Some of you may have probably heard or even tried it. For those who are not so familiar with Revlite, let me share some facts and my experience on Revlite.
What is Revlite?
Revlite laser treatments stimulate and rejuvenate collagen in your skin with short pulses of light. Increase in collagen gives your skin a youthful glow, a smoother texture, and a more even skin tone. It can minimize wrinkles, pore size, and discolorations. Revlite can also reduce fine hairs, contributing to a smoother appearance.
What are Wink’s Laser Toning services?
Wink categorized their Revlite laser treatments to properly address your skin concerns. Here are Wink’s Laser Toning services:
- Complexion Correction: Evens skin tone and smoothens skin texture
- Age Retrace: Reduces wrinkles, fine lines, and deeper pigmentations
- Acne Erase: Fights pimples and reduces acne scars
- Spot Treatment: Lightens and tightens specific areas
- Wink Laser Facial: Minimize pores and light pigmentations for fairly good skin
They also have licensed physicians for pigment and tattoo removal. They can also do Revlite treatments on other body parts, such as underarm to smoothen the chicken skin and lighten the area
What does it feel like?
This wasn’t my first time to try out Revlite. I had this treatment done in another part of the body so I somehow have an idea how it feels. But since the face is more sensitive, I couldn’t really imagine the level of discomfort. During the launch of Wink’s Revlite service, I was invited to try it out. Obviously, I immediately said yes! 😀
My face was cleansed thoroughly before starting the procedure. Even if the dermatologist warned me that she’ll already start the treatment on my left cheek, I was still a bit surprised at the first “bzzt” of the device. It wasn’t painful. The tingling sensation is actually minimal. It’s like getting flicked by a thin rubber band. It’s a bit hot, but I think going under the sun is even hotter!
What is the immediate result?
A Revlite session takes only about 20 minutes. I didn’t experience any redness, but some people get a bit red after the session (which will also subside in a few hours). There’s no downtime. You can go about your normal activities right after. There are just some do’s and don’ts, which I’ll be discussing later on. But the most obvious effect of Revlite treatment which I noticed right after my session is that the skin is really glowing.
What are the do’s and dont’s after the revlite treatment?
How many Revlite sessions are needed?
Laser Toning sessions typically require 6-10 sessions every 2 weeks. Laser Facials are most effective when done weekly for an initial 8 sessions, after which maintenance is only needed every 4 weeks.
How much is each Revlite session?
Individual Revlite sessions for the face are at PHP 7,000, while three sessions are PHP 15,000. Individual revlite sessions for the underarm are at PHP 2,500.
So, have any of you tried Revlite laser treatments? Share your experience! 😀 As for me, I can’t wait to go back to Wink for my next Revlite sessions and see even greater results. 😀

Hi! Can you give an update on your skin now (regardless of whether you had another session)? 🙂 Like, did it ever go back (I assume it would, if not maintained), and did your facial hair grow back black? 🙂 Would love to hear about it, I’m really interested in getting Revlite (50% because I’m balbon, 50% because of acne).
I’ve tried revlite at SkinMDC. They did my face for only 5 minutes. Not worth it. You’d think its cheap because they have a package 10 sessions for 25,000. But if you think about it, its a ripoff. In other clinics they do it longer and with more quality service. Unlike in skinMDC their doctor incharge told me that it would take years for me to see an improvement. Ofcourse it will take years if she’ll do my face 5 minutes each time.
