Chanel Fall 2010 nail polish is once again a hit, as always!
We all love the legendary taupe nail polish, Particuliere, in Chanel’s Spring 2010 collection. In fact in my recent trip in Bangkok, I was so tempted to get one when I visited Chanel’s boutique in Paragon mall. There was one bottle left, but I thought I’ll buy it if it’s available in the airport. If it’s meant to be, it is meant to be!
Apparently, it is not! LOL! Then came Chanel’s turquoise polish, Nouvelle Vague. We saw Hollywood celebrities wear it in the red carpet. And now, it is Chanel Paradoxal’s turn…

So Paul the Octopus was damn right that Spain would win against Germany! Argh! I should have trusted him and placed my bet for Spain. LOL! For those of you who haven’t seen his prediction, check out the video below.

Just a quickie post!
Malacanang has declared May 3, 2010 as a Regular Non-working Holiday in observance of the Labor Day as per Proclamation No. 2043. Labor Day, May 1, falls on a Saturday this year so Malacanang moved the holiday on the nearest working day.
It’s a long weekend for us here in the Philippines!
There’s still time to plan for an out-of-town trip!
Hehehe!
P.S.
Just checked the wave forecast in La Union- No waves this weekend!
But but but… There is in Baler! Surf’s up!
Waaah! I’m feeling really dizzy right now after a 6.2 earthquake that rocked Metro Manila. I’m on the 16th floor so just imagine the tremors we felt that lasted for about a minute or less (I think). Anyway, I hope everyone out there is safe.
xoxo,
Lush Angel
So here I go again with my seat sale alerts! Yes, despite my busy schedule, I’m still hoping that I could have my vacation this summer. Hehehe! Where? I don’t know yet! I suuuper wanna go to Spain this year, but I know I won’t be allowed to take a leave for more than a week this April or May.
So here I am searching for travels in Asia… Haaaay… Well, thinking about it… I think any vacation will do for me… I just need to be out of my office for days/ weeks/ months! Wahahaha!
Anyway, Cebu Pacific is having a seat sale again today, February 18, 2010, up to February 21, 2010. 50% off on all domestic and international flights! Travel period is June 1 to December 31, 2010. Weeee! I wanna book at least one flight every month! I need that every month end. Wehehehe!!!!
Go go go before seats run out!
After seeing this in the news last night, goose bumps all over me!!!
A stroller falls off the platform. A 6-months old baby is inside it. Then a train suddenly approaches.
Who would have thought that the baby would still be alive after being dragged for 30 meters???
Who would have thought that the baby only suffered a minor bump on his head???
Miracles do happen.

I just need to post this since I’m so alarmed with what’s happening back there in Manila.
A lot of Filipinos are still homeless and a lot of areas are still flooded due to typhoon Ondoy that surprised all of us last weekend. Now, another typhoon is on the way (or is in the vicinity already). What’s even more alarming is typhoon Ondoy is just one half of the strength of Pepeng or international name Parma!
In fact, in terms of strength, it is said to be similar to typhoon Reming or international name Durian, which hit the countrly last 2006 and killed at least 734 people.
Oh dear, please stop!!! Let us all pray that everyone will be safe and for the typhoon to lose it’s strength before it completely hits the country.
I will just have to repost this article I got in the e-mail just to update everyone on typhoon Pepeng. The e-mail I got don’t have the source though, but it probably came from a newspaper or from an article online.
